The Senate
The Senate fulfills the role of leadership within the association. This is always done with a group of at least 3 to a maximum of 6 Senators. The positions of Praeses (president), Quaestor (treasurer), and Ab Actis (secretary) are filled first. If there are more than 3 applications, this is supplemented by: Vice-Praeses (vice-president), Assessor Quaestor (vice-treasurer), and Assessor Ab Actis (vice-secretary).
The Senate is involved in tasks that may be more behind the scenes. This includes maintaining the website and member administration, liaising with other associations within Groningen or other Sports Studies associations in the Netherlands, and, of course, maintaining contact with the Mesacosa foundation.
